Standard ($29) includes the full guide — 14 content pieces you can read on any device and download as PDFs. Checklists, breathing exercises, scripts, sounds card, timeline, and more.

Pro ($34) includes everything in Standard, plus interactive tools: an animated breathing timer, an interactive flight day timeline, 2 guided audio meditations (pre-flight and in-flight versions with male and female voice options), phone wallpaper quick-reference cards, and progress tracking that saves between sessions. It's $5 more for the full interactive experience.

How do I access my guide after buying?

Instantly. After purchase, you'll receive an email with a magic link. Click it on any device and you're in — no account to create, no password to remember. The link works on your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can also download PDFs for offline use on the plane.

Does it work on the plane without wifi?

Yes. Download the PDFs before your flight and they're available offline. We recommend downloading the ones you'll need most — the sounds card, breathing exercises, and checklist — to your phone before you leave for the airport. The web version requires internet, but the PDFs work anywhere.

What if it doesn't help me?

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@aitheos.com and we'll process it. We'd rather you try it and return it than never try it at all.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. This is a practical preparation tool, not therapy. It's built from community-sourced strategies that anxious flyers have found helpful — but it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If your anxiety is severe or affecting your daily life, we encourage you to work with a mental health professional. Our Resources section includes links to therapist finders and crisis support.

How long does it take to go through the whole guide?

You don't have to read it all at once. The guide is designed so you can go straight to the piece you need most. If your flight is tomorrow and you can't sleep, start with the checklist and breathing exercises. If you have days or weeks, work through the complete guide at your own pace. Most people spend 20–30 minutes on their first session.
