Who we are

Calm Sheets is a product of Aitheos, a digital products company. Our website is calmsheets.com.

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver your guide and process your payment:

• Email address — used for magic link authentication and order confirmation. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Purchase record — your email, tier (Standard or Pro), and purchase date are stored in our database to manage your access.

What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that track individual users.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
• We do not build profiles, run retargeting, or track you across sites.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (cs_auth) to keep you logged in after purchasing. It contains your email and an expiration timestamp. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

How we protect your data

• All connections to calmsheets.com are encrypted via HTTPS.
• Authentication tokens are signed and expire automatically.
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
• Our database is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption at rest.

Data retention

Your purchase record and email are retained for as long as your account is active. If you request a refund or account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request to see, update, or delete any data we hold about you at any time. Email support@aitheos.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll notify active customers by email.
