Calm Sheets ("we," "us," "our") is a product of Aitheos. By purchasing or using our guides, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

What you're buying

Calm Sheets sells digital preparation guides for anxious moments. When you purchase:

  • You receive immediate access to web-based guide content and downloadable PDFs.
  • Your purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
  • Access is tied to your email address via magic link authentication.
  • Standard and Pro tiers include different content. See the product page for details.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the guide content. You may:

  • View the content on any device using your authenticated email.
  • Download and keep the PDF files for personal offline use.
  • Share the general concept with others (e.g., "I used a guide that helped").

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or republish the content in any form.
  • Share your login credentials or PDFs with others for their use.
  • Use the content for commercial purposes (e.g., in a course or product you sell).

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day full refund, no questions asked. If the guide doesn't help, email support@aitheos.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll process your refund. See our refund page for details.

Not medical advice

Calm Sheets guides are educational resources created from publicly available community advice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic counsel.

We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any condition. The breathing exercises, scripts, and techniques in our guides are general wellness tools, not clinical interventions.

Availability

We aim to keep calmsheets.com available at all times, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Downloaded PDFs remain yours regardless of site availability.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Prices are in USD and include all applicable fees.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance.
